The Athlete Mental Skills Assessment
This service provides performers with criteria to assess their strengths, challenges, review their progress and/or get a comprehensive opinion on their development. These mental skills evaluations can help us understand successes, performance breakdowns, tools to work on prior to upcoming challenges and to help coaches, athletes and trainers understand the value of both process and outcome goals. One key objective of this process is to help each individual acquire greater confidence, and routinely develop those habits that build success.
Each performer receives a detailed game plan following the evaluation process, which includes recommendations for training, video resources, TED talks, learning exercises and recordings designed to equip each performer of “how best” to develop their mental game.
Sport Specific Mental Skills Assessments
The specific skill sets that make golf unique, and enable athletes to become expert at swimming, triathlon, tennis, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, hockey, goaltending or keeping, football, cross-country, track, and field, throwing events, gymnastics, target sports make set them aside from every other. For example, tennis, fencing, wrestling, boxing, and MMA are all combat sports but require very different training regimens.
