Pre-game Energy level & Focus Plan: Primary Concern – is not having enough intensity to fuel your body’s energy level. When this happens focus is spotty: Antidote: No lazing around on the morning before a game. Get up, good breakfast, stretching, warm-ups, go for an active run (1 mile or more at a jog), play catch with a racquetball (bounced off the wall), hacky-sak, activity is light – but – activity is a must.
